  1. To schedule a ride, simply call and request a ride for drop-off or pick-up.
  2. Let us know the pick-up or drop-off location.
  3. One of our transportation providers will schedule a time to transport you to ensure your car is fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible.
  4. Once your appointments are scheduled, we will send an available member of our team to give you a ride as quickly as the same day.

I called Specialty Automotive randomly a few weeks ago because I had a horrible smell in our suburban suddenly. Heidi, the owner, was super friendly on the phone. Even though they were fully booked that day she told me to come in and they would look at it! Long story short, they pulled a dead baby mouse out of my engine. While we were waiting for the work to be done, Heidi brought my two small kiddos popsicles and was very kind to us! We’ve gone back since for other services now. I would highly recommend them! Great service & amazing people. Called Specialty Auto to get my alternator replaced and have my oil changed. Not only did they get me in in less than a week, but I had my car back in less than 24 hours. Craig & Scott were so helpful & explained everything in terms that I understood (I'm not much of a car guru). The shop was very clean, everyone there was very professional and welcoming. We were on a camping trip and had engine problems and they went out of their way to see us quickly and get our car repaired so we could get back to our trip. We called them Friday morning and even though they were a busy shop they diagnosed the problem and did the repairs the same day.
