We wanted to ship a car to my daughter in Austin asap. We needed to have new brakes before shipping it. I called Automotive Speciality and they got me in that afternoon. They did a complimentary vehicle inspection and also found 2 cracked belts to be replaced. We picked up the car the next morning all work completed. We were absolutely satisfied with their service. SPECIALTY AUTOMOTIVE SAVED OUR CHRISTMAS!!
Limped our 2015 Ford Truck into town two days before Christmas. Local Ford dealership unable to help due to workload. Specialty squeezed us in and gave us diagnosis , we were able to find part and they worked us into their schedule, they even let our dogs into the waiting room it being 10’ outside. They made is possible for us to make it to Idaho for Christmas.

I found the office staff was very very friendly she was honest to tell me what was going on with my air conditioner blowing hot air. The guys that worked on the car were fast and my air conditioner is 100% better. After turning the car on when it's 100° outside takes less than five minutes to be cold .. I called Specialty Automotive randomly a few weeks ago because I had a horrible smell in our suburban suddenly. Heidi, the owner, was super friendly on the phone. Even though they were fully booked that day she told me to come in and they would look at it! Long story short, they pulled a dead baby mouse out of my engine. While we were waiting for the work to be done, Heidi brought my two small kiddos popsicles and was very kind to us! We’ve gone back since for other services now. I would highly recommend them! They’re all super friendly in the office and made time to answer all of our questions. I don’t usually write reviews but thought they deserved a good one!

Great service & amazing people. Called Specialty Auto to get my alternator replaced and have my oil changed. Not only did they get me in in less than a week, but I had my car back in less than 24 hours. Craig & Scott were so helpful & explained everything in terms that I understood (I'm not much of a car guru). It is so comforting to know that I have people in my "car" corner that I trust with anything and know aren't going to give me the go around. 15/10 reccomend going to Specialty for any of your Auto needs!

Had a very good experience here! Craig was incredibly thorough while inspecting my vehicle and I was given a large list of potential future issues I would need to look at (my car is quite old, so this was not a surprise). They were very careful to only do what was needed and save me some money (I'm just trying to get another half a year or so out of this car).

I have just moved to SE Bend area and have been looking for a quality Independent Garage to Service my 21 year old Lexus LS400. Read their reviews and decided to try them with just an oil change and inspection. Service was completed professional, in good time and at a very competitive price. In addition it was clearly explained to me what I should be looking towards in the near future work other maintenance/repairs and all these items were costed and documented for my perusal. The shop was very clean, everyone there was very professional and welcoming. We were on a camping trip and had engine problems and they went out of their way to see us quickly and get our car repaired so we could get back to our trip. We called them Friday morning and even though they were a busy shop they diagnosed the problem and did the repairs the same day. They also did a great job of listening to our concerns and working with us. Could be one of the best experiences we have had at a shop. Everyone there seemed really trust worthy.
